Performance Training is excited to announce it's Summer 2016 programs. Below will be a link to each 2016 program offered by Performance Training. 

This year we are excited to have partnered with the, Rochester Ice Hawks of the NA3HL. In offering the, Jr. Hawks Spring/Summer 'AAA' program. Available to to 1999, 2000, and 2001 birth-year's. We are looking forward to an excellent program this Spring & Summer.

The Rise or Demise of Tier 3 Junior Hockey

 As most of you know in the last few months there have been some drastic changes in USA hockey for tier 3 junior hockey. The biggest involving the MnJHL, NA3HL, and the USPHL.
