Performance Training is excited to announce it's Summer 2016 programs. Below will be a link to each 2016 program offered by Performance Training. 

This year we are excited to have partnered with the, Rochester Ice Hawks of the NA3HL. In offering the, Jr. Hawks Spring/Summer 'AAA' program. Available to to 1999, 2000, and 2001 birth-year's. We are looking forward to an excellent program this Spring & Summer.

It's that time of the year! We are now accepting applications for the 2016 Performance Training Junior Elite Hockey Camp. In 2015 we hosted 20 players from all over the United States including one Russian for a 10-week training experience. Fall Boys HS 4v4 League

The 2015 Fall Boys HS 4-on-4 Hockey league is set to start it's third season. This league began in 2013 with four teams made up of South-East Minnesota boy high school hockey players with roughly 80 participants from 6 different high school programs. This year it will have roughly 120 participants made from over 10 high school hockey programs across the south-east portion of the state of Minnesota.
